He’s very personable and has an excellent collaborative style. He gives you his honest advice in a very respectful way. Gary can help you see whether a house is a bad fit or a goldmine. He’s super responsive, not matter the hour.
On the buyer side, Gary’s construction background and in-depth experience as an agent was incredibly helpful. Once, I was pretty interested in an house until Gary pointed out that the house had antiquated wiring. Upon further digging, the house didn’t really make financial sense. I wouldn’t have realized that without him.
On the seller side, Gary was patient, thoughtful, and a great advocate for me. It was not the easiest market when I sold, yet Gary was spot-on with his pricing recommendation. He successfully navigated the complication of having tenants in the house when I sold. His connections to other local agents and contractors proved very useful. Gary proved his negotiation skills - he advocated for me without being unnecessarily combative. He is fair and honest.
